It would be useful to have a heartbeat for integrations. In Prom/Alertman world this is called watchdog but it would be ideal to raise an alert if a watchdog alert isn't received.

Send warnings for scheduling conflicts when a) no one is on-call or b) the same person is on-call for Tier 1 and Tier 2. We will add an integration to import OOO from google calendar to your team's calendar in All Quiet If the OOO event leads to a period of the week where there's no one on-call, we'd randomly assign someone from the team for that shift and inform them per mail.
